Annexes start and end dates are usually aligned with the civil year. The financial annexes for the current year are usually validated between April and June of that year, so from January 1st to April–June, no financial annexes are valid in the system. Before this commit, employers could not pick a financial annex if it wasn’t active. Without it, they could not import the employee record into their employee management software, so they were typing out all the employee record information (again). Allow employers to pick any financial annex. The financial annexes do not matter much to les emplois, so loosening that restriction won’t cause harm and should be very helpful to employers. Since we only keep 3 years archive, employers should not have to pick between thousands of financial annexes. The convention with the most annexes on production still has 125, justifying a Select2 widget.

🤔 Pourquoi ?
Nous n’avons toujours pas reçu les AF de 2025 pour toutes les SIAE (prévu pour Avril), chaque année on les reçoit avec beaucoup de retard.
Cela est gênant pour les SIAE qui utilisent un logiciel de gestion car à l’étape 4 du parcours des fiches salarié la sélection d’une AF est un prérequis à la transmission de la donnée Fiche salarié vers le logiciel de gestion RH, par conséquent cela génère une double saisie pour nos utilisateurs.
