- Add PI to certifiable criteria. - Add functional tests to ensure diagnosis and application paths work with this new criteria. - API client: add a new endpoint - test_api_particulier.py: as done with the AAH criterion, HTTP error codes are not tested with this new endpoint. They rely on the RSA behaviour.
