🤔 Pourquoi ?

RGPD,

notifier et anonymiser les candidats avec candidature(s), sans PASS ni diag d'eligibilité
suite de #5861 #6010

🍰 Comment ?

  • ajout du modèle ArchivedApplication
  • les modèles ArchivedJobSeeker et ArchivedApplication ne sont pas liés
  • ajout de d'infos synthétiques des candidatures sur le candidat archivé et inversement
  • seules les candidats avec candidature HORS IAE sont ajoutés

🚨 À vérifier

  • Mettre à jour le CHANGELOG_breaking_changes.md ?
  • Ajouter l'étiquette « Bug » ?
