Première passe sans regarder les tests pour le moment. Jolie logique ! Je n'ai pas trouvé de problème, peut-être que ça viendra en lisant les tests la semaine prochaine 🤓

J'ai relevé des petits détails, dont certains seront j'imagine résolus une fois le parcours d'embauche complètement refondu.

Dans les petites améliorations qui ne rentrent pas trop dans le périmètre de cette PR d'ailleurs : j'ai remarqué que les boutons/liens Annuler font office de bouton Retour plutôt. Ça serait bien d'avoir les deux boutons ?

Rien à dire 👌
Les tests ont l'air de tout bien couvrir, mais je ne suis pas encore 100% à l'aise avec tout ce qu'il y a à penser quand on retravaille les CBV, une autre relecture serait top 🙏

C'est top !

Petites suggestions mais il n'y a vraiment que le souci d'incohérences avec le NIR qui me chiffonne, mais OK pour le traiter séparément.

J'ai identifié un souci, déjà présent. Mais on peut modifier la date ici et la rendre incohérente avec le NIR.
Idem pour birth_place / birth_country.

Ailleurs c'est le NIR qui est validé, mais comme il n'est pas modifiable ici on peut introduire cette incohérence.
Un commit ou une early PR qui ajoute un validateur sur la date ?
