I'm not sure what does the "Browser" browses, make it clear should be helpful.

I guess "File Browser" is probably more explicit. "Repository Browser" would work too, but I think "File" will be familiar to the most number of people.

hotkeys_zh_TW.html: update term translation.

Since commit 1cfe39b (issue git-cola#269), "Browser" window had been renamed to
"File Browser".  This commit updates the hotkeys webpage to use the same
term.
