Provide drop-down with previous commit messages #33

I think it would be really useful to have a drop-down with the previous commit messages at the bottom of the commit message editor. Selecting one would cause it to be inserted as the commit message.

It would also be good to have a keyboard shortcut for cycling through them. I didn't find a way to do this with the current UI, but please let me know if I missed something.

doc: Add ijuma and Blaisorblade to the "Thanks to" file
ijuma suggested issue #33 which added the menu for reusing
previous commit messages in the message editor.


Blaisorblade pointed out some obvious usability bugs which
inform some of the bigger refactoring and usability
improvements in 1.7.0.

widgets.commitmsg: Add a menu for loading a previous commit message
Add an item to the context menu for loading previous commit mesages.
Five items are displayed.  Additional message can be selected by
choosing the "More..." menu item.
