Use 'branch --init' instead...

I'm convinced that we should remove the initial 'init-branch' command to only use the 'branch --init' command!

Can you add a note to doc/commands/init-branch.md that it has been removed?

It might also be worth adding a "deprecated" attribute that git-tfs can use to tell users that the command will be removed later. Or at least a stub command that says "init-branch is gone. Try running this instead: git tfs branch --init blah blah blah".

Careful about this though - I remember I changed an option that a lot of people relied on in #128 and it broke a lot of people's scripts. Is this just a cosmetic change or is there a change in the behavior?
