That's a pretty good idea. I also might have some way of bringing this in as a sort of "planet" type feed and then have some other more aggregate type blog. The idea was just to have a super newbie friendly way of seeing what was going on - maybe a post every quarter saying some of the most major ways that Git has changed in the past few months. I was thinking pretty low volume.
