What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Gitblit GO 0.9.1
2. Open an Internet Explorer 8 browser (on WinXP)
3. Click new repository

The 'Save' button is missing. There is one in the 'add user' page.
On Firefox the button is visible.

Thanks for the report.

This was fixed in https://github.com/gitblit/gitblit/commit/3d1d4d670a2b1cc05b902a2bd510d8c71994cc47
and will be part of the 0.9.2 release.
