What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new repo
2. Browse to new repo from repositories page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instructions for empty repositories which I would expect to see but there is no ability
to refresh this page or a link to reload the repo for when content is uploaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.0.0 on Ubuntu 12.04
