Please consider using something like Waffle (http://dblock.github.io/waffle/) to add
NTLM support.

I have added a WindowsUserService based on Waffle.  This seems to be sufficient for
authentication against the local Windows machine.  It is not clear if what I have implemented
will work in an ActiveDirectory scenario.
