Make the RawServlet working as a raw apache directory view / download like PagesServlet

NEED:
use GITBLIT as a MAVEN private repository to push artifacts in an orphan  branch like
"mvn-repo"

FUNCTIONALITY:
Have a "raw" link on all branches actions (near "tree" link) to see it in a raw mode
(like PagesServlet but without markdown translation)

INDICATION:
make the RawServlet very near PagesServlet (but without markdown translation), that
permit raw access to branches content and simple file list on directories (like PagesServlet
/ Apache directory access)
make the URL of raw servlet different to permit browsing operations

http://host/raw/group%2Frepository.git/refs%2Fheads%2Fmybranch/my/sub/directory

This issue is a bit larger than the other pages bug reports and it will have to wait
till 1.6.0.  This has been started as ticket-49 [1] but there is more to do.
