"enable incremental push tags" not working with server side ticket merges #728

You can argue if this is really a bug - but if you want to use  a workflow where every
changes has to go through a ticket with approval and server side ticket merge, then
the "enable incremental push tags" feature does currently not work. Of course, the
server side merge is not a push, so technically it is correct that no push tag is created.
But it would be great if a push tag were created, because otherwise you can get no
incremental push tags at all.

This has been implemented on the develop branch and will be part of the 1.6.0 release.
