What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the activity page.
2. Look at the list of commits.

What is the expected output? 
The first section should say yesterday, and the second TWO days ago.

What do you see instead?
The first section should says yesterday, and the second THREE days ago.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.0. Windows 2008 Server.

Please provide any additional information below.
The commits in the second section are from Tuesday September 16 (today is September
18), so this must be TWO days ago and not THREE. This applies for the remaining sections
as well.
