Case sensitivity fixed in 1.2.0.

Remaining workitem is to merge the project and repository cache to get 1.1.0 performance.
 1.2.0 requires twice the time to enumerate projects/repositories because of 2 calls
to GitBlit.getRepositories() for each request.
