Modify Chinese translation in properties file, and add new translation that synchronizes with commit synchronize with commit e4e6829

Add other translation files

In fact, I first translate Gitblit in http://www.getlocalization.com/gitblit/. and mentioned +Gitblit in G+ with no reply.

OK, finally I found this place. Maybe that page is not official page? I guess.

I translated most of strings, and modified some of strings of @dapengme. Of course the translations are not perfect and any translation modification is welcome.

*.mkd and *.html files are utf-8 encodings with no BOMs

Sorry, I did not get notified of any G+ message. I have never heard of getlocalization.com, so I would say it is unofficial. It's always best to go right to the project source. :)
