"Add property" button is easy to miss

The "Add property" button at https://app.codefund.io/properties is very unclear:

It may be obvious that it's there when you know it, but I completely missed it. It's a slightly different shade of blue as the rest of the header, but on my (admittedly somewhat crappy) ThinkPad screen it looks nearly identical. I initially thought that Justin forgot to add it to my account when he emailed me. I followed the "video tutorial" just to be sure I didn't miss anything and that's when I saw there's a button.

I would strongly recommend changing the colour so it's more visible. I would personally also expect it to be near the table or some such, rather than near the filtering. Either way, I feel some minor adjustments would greatly improve the clarity here, I'll leave the details up to you.
