Due 5.25.18

Add ACCOUNT Tab to Settings Menu.

Add ability to Disconnect Github

Add ability to delete all user data
Deleteprompting a modal for a final confirmation would (use existing modal).

Modal
Message:
H1: Are you sure you want to delete all of your data from Gitcoin?
Body:
Please keep in mind that deleting your Gitcoin account is permanent and will removed all of your data associated with bounties completed or funded on the Gitcoin platform.

Buttons: Cancel/ Ok
