Telemetry is broken on Visual Studio 2015

What happened

• Extension failed to authenticate

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'File > Open > Open from GitHub...'
2. Click on 'Add/Change Accounts'
3. Click on GitHub tab (if GitHub Enterprise tab is visible)
4. Click Sign in with your browser
5. Sign in
6. Click on GitHub
7. Error: Could not load assembly...

Expected behavior

• Authentication completes and dialog closes.
