Scanning too many urls at once causing failure creating issues

We scanned 11 urls. The scanner is now putting the url of every page being scanned in the title of issues. When the workflow found one issue on all 11 urls, it is errored with a 'title too long' error trying create the issue.

Hi @ag039dp! Thanks for reporting this issue, and thanks for attaching a workflow run log.

I opened #69 to follow-up; it truncates issue titles to avoid exceeding the length limit (256 characters). This resolves the HttpError: Validation Failed: {"message":"title is too long (maximum is 256 characters)","value":null,"resource":"Issue","field":"title","code":"invalid"} - https://docs.github.com/rest/issues/issues#create-an-issue error.

Based on the workflow run log, there is a second issue: The value of the urls input is not being interpreted as a multiline string. Note the url key in findings:

Is it possible you’re providing a space-delimited (rather than newline-delimited/multiline) value for the urls input?

Good afternoon, sorry for the delayed response, my Outlook filtered our your email. The file listing the URLs is multiline. When i open it in vim, there are no spaces and each urls shows as an individual line when i turn on line numbers. We ran the scanner again just now and got a different error.
