When creating a new session on a local folder, the Terminal tab is unavailable (message: "project path unavailable" - which is not true) until I post some message to the session (I belive because the Copilot App lazily creates the session on first post). From a user point of view, however, there is no reason for this, I should be able to access the Terminal before invoking the agent (for example, to do a git pull)
