Hello! My team and I are currently competing in the GBJAM http://www.gbjam.net/ which started on the 1st of this month.

Our game's theme just happens to be loosely based on change. Would we be allowed to enter our game in both the gbjam and GitHub Game Off?

I certainly don't have a problem with that. You might want to check with the GBJAM folks too though.
