Extended Clojure.gitignore to exclude platform/project specific info

arcresu commented Feb 28, 2014

Thanks for this. The Clojure template is currently a symlink to the Leiningen template. Wouldn't it make more sense to change the Leiningen template instead? Or is there a reason that the two templates should be different?

In either case, could you spell out the purpose of each new addition (e.g. cache file, user-specific; plus what the file is for or a link to documentation) so that this can progress? Thanks!

Yeah you're right, that's more reasonable =)
So I just added two entries in Leiningen.gitignore, the .lein-failures/ (generated in project root recording which namespaces contained failures) and checkouts/ (generated by the Leiningen checkouts directory option) folders which I think should not be included in source control. Do you think this would make sense?

Thanks, that looks good!
