Just a note about where the 'featured orgs' came from: I went through the /community list and grabbed 80 orgs that had avatars (instead of default identicons). So having an avatar was the basic criteria :) |

@jlord and I have been working on a lightweight redesign to give the splash page a bit of ❤️. Here's our thinking:

community, where government employees are able to speak a bit more casually.Not to mention, @jlord worked her 🎨 magic and made things absolutely ✨ (dat seal!). A little added color and pop to give the content the presentation it deserves.
