pull-request with a single commit should use the commit message by default #136

If I issue a git pull-request command and the diff consists of a single commit, the pull request message that's shown in the editor should default to that commit's message. This is the behavior of the web interface, and if one is following the proper subject/description convention for commit messages, results in the same subject and description for the pull request.

The current behavior is to include the commit's message in a comment, but in order to actually use this message you need to:

  • Remove the blank line at the top.
  • Uncomment the commit message.
  • Remove the leading whitespace.

Good idea.
