What has replaced the old GitHub token in your git config to facilitate creating pull requests from the command line?

I tried to create my first pull request using hub today and discovered:
** No GitHub token set. See http://help.github.com/set-your-user-name-email-and-github-token/

... That page and the associated blog post says that, ironically, as of today, I can no longer use this token? So how do I create a pull request from hub now?

... Edit: I'm an idiot and wasn't on the latest version.

Upgrade hub to newest version. Then try the command again.

Yes, GH tokens don't exist anymore.
