When a pull-request fails, don't lose the existing message. #398

Sometimes I use pull-request and for whatever reason (mis-spelling the base repository, usually) the command fails.

Usually I've just spent an age writing out a decent title and commit message for the PR. What would be really great is if hub stored the issue title/body so that I can simply try the command again, with the correct repository name.

(I think this means either not overwriting the contents of .git/PULLREQ_EDITMSG, or removing same in the event of a successful pull-request and some extra conditional logic.)
