Describe the bug

if you search by language ReScript (.res) you'll find a bunch of files which are not actually ReScript.
I think most of them are text resource files & binary resource files.

Expected behaviour

disambiguate ReScript and other .res files (mostly binary and text resource files).

Additional notes

I'd like to work on this if there are similar examples available in the repo or via guidance.
