  • GitLens Version: v12.0.7
  • Git Version: git version 2.35.2.windows.1
  • VSCode Version: 1.67.2 (user setup)
  • OS Version: Windows 10 Pro (Build 19042.1706)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open git repository folder with VS Code having GitLens installed
  2. Open a file
  3. Ctrl+Shift+P > Gitlens: Open Changes Revision... > Choose a Branch or Tag...

Expected: a list with branches/tags is displayed for selection.
Actual: Error notification is displayed

Can you please verify this fix in tomorrow's GitLens insiders edition?

You can install the GitLens insiders edition from here.

Please be sure to disable or uninstall the stable version of GitLens first.
