Delete line pushes screen to the right (even if word wrap is on)

Posted on vscode then narrowed it down to GitLens. Have created two screen recordings, one with GitLens enabled, one disabled.

Enabled:

Disabled:

• GitLens Version: 7.5.8
• VSCode Version: 1.19.3
• OS Version: macOS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G1212)

Steps to Reproduce:

Hi, I am having this issue now with 8.1.1. If I disable GitLens it does not occur, as in the GIFs above.
