Since i use gitlab with few other people, who are using git for the first time, i thought would be nice if they will see a quick help on how to set up things, before they start asking me how to do it.

Also, a small list of useful links & tools is provided.

Hopefully i'm not the only one who think this is useful :)

Ah! Now I saw what you mean with help_controller.

However, i think these things should be available anytime for new users. Help may be a little... hidden ;)

Probably a global wiki (visible by all users, from every page) would fix this ?

And don't worry, at least i can do for this great app!
