Windows 8: tup sometimes fail to clean up the deps files #83

I get the following error from time to time:

:\....\.tup\tmp\deps-1257: Permission denied
tup error: Unable to unlink depfile

This is non-deterministic and usually happens for ~2-3% of the compiled files. The list of files will be different from run to run. I haven't noticed any other issues resulting from this. The temp files could be deleted after the build is finished and I guess tup will just overwrite any existing deps file if it decided to use the same name.

The same happens sometimes on Windows 7 64-bit.

I think this is fixed with the latest (commit 0879309). If you still see
this behavior let me know!
