Snowflake integration #24

@glamrock Did you manage to make any progress? See https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/20813 |

I worked on it a bit during the dev meeting, then sidelined it to work on something else for a bit. Integration will continue next week. The update will be rolled out to (chrome) Cupcake users before the January Tor Browser alpha release. This issue is a blocker for #23 -- it's least problematic to recreate the Firefox extension and use the new Chrome extension as the basis for that. So considering work obligations etc, it may be late January before the update is rolled out to Firefox users. However, there are only around ~100 users on Firefox vs ~5k-6k on Chrome. |

Thanks @glamrock! Let me know how I can help. |
Doesn't seem to exist. |

Are you still going to do this? I think this is a great addon, but flash proxy isn't really in use anymore. |

Yes. Minor delay as other things have taken precedence.

@glamrock Hi! Any progress or timeline for this? Thanks! |
Integration of Snowflake with Cupcake will begin later this week at the Tor dev meeting hackathon. Initially, this will be in the browser extensions, with later plans for WordPress/etc.
