Must be a leftover from the original OS X version, we should mention the crontab script here instead.

Update certs to specify localhost as common name

    will-ob committed
Problem: Cert did not specify common name (read: domain name) of 'localhost'. User must manually accept unknown cert each browser session, even if recognized by browser.

Solution: Regenerates the cert with a common name (read: domain name) of 'localhost'. Add cert to the browsor's list of certificate authorities.

Note: cert is only good for 365 days.

    To regenerate:
      openssl genrsa -des3 -out server.key 1024
openssl req -new -key server.key -out server.csr
      cp server.key server.key.org
openssl rsa -in server.key.org -out server.key
      openssl x509 -req -days 365 -in server.csr -signkey server.key -out server.crt

(dont forget 'localhost' in prompt of line 2)
