Full usernames are not showing when doing 'SITE GINFO GROUP'

This file needs to be updated to support longer usernames when listing users in groups, the current setting is too low.

would need to also modify the foot and head files to match the column size including the ascii "art". Feel free to suggest the changed files and i can apply it. Also the ammount of chars in a row shouldnt go over 80 limit.

I propose these changes that increases the length of 5 chars that also account for the columns being aligned that include the Ascii art, head and foot.

I should note too that this proposal also resolves what I consider a bug. Currently users can have usernames that are longer but that shows up incomplete when doing "site ginfo groupname". I noticed this bug when I was developing my app glFTPd Commander because it couldn't fetch the list of users in groups properly because some usernames was cut off because the column was too narrow.
