This had to bump the seat version, we now may get the seat name but we don’t do anything with it.
wl_keyboard version 4 is more recent than the libwayland available in Ubuntu 14.04.

This bumps the requested
wl_seatversion in order to get awl_keyboardexposing therepeat_infoevent, adds a timerfd which wepoll(), and then we emit a key with theGLFW_REPEATaction.Fixes #1108.
