This bumps the requested wl_seat version in order to get a wl_keyboard exposing the repeat_info event, adds a timerfd which we poll(), and then we emit a key with the GLFW_REPEAT action.

Fixes #1108.

This had to bump the seat version, we now may get the seat name but we
don’t do anything with it.
wl_keyboard version 4 is more recent than the libwayland available in
Ubuntu 14.04.
