This user interface displays a list of entries for the Tools table. Entities in it are:

Site: the name of the current site
Tools news: recent changes to tools on this site
Tool names: list of tools on this site
Tag cloud: tag cloud for tools on this site
Tags: tools tags for this site

The tols gui design and table design have not been reconciled with each other.
