Current behavior
Actually in SAAS platform with self-service, the enduser activating a tenant, doesn't have a way to trigger a GDPR Data Delete Request, basically deleting the data of the tenant.

The only way to satisfy this regulatory requirement is to get in touch with the service owner, asking with a support request to delete the data on the tenant.

Expected behavior
This ticket is to enable admin and to fullfil GDPR Data Delete Request autonomously via a self-service procedure.

The recipient with administrative privileges of the WBPA/EAT like model, need to be able to service himself to self-delete the instance.

This procedure do require some safety measures to prevent unwanted errors with users that, by mistake delete their tenant.
