RTL languages display issues

The icons move to the correct position, except for one case (Network Devices) which still remains misplaced
Before (icons misplaced):

There are also some RTL (Right-to-Left) layout issues:

The Assets menu in RTL does not appear completely

While in English (LTR), it appears correctly:

The sidebar menu in RTL should appear on the right, not on the left

In End User View (Self-service), layout also breaks in RTL mode

@wastn please check #21628. Remember you have to enable debug mode to see changes.

I also noticed a few other small RTL layout issues:
1- Window titles appear under the logo in the “Add new item” windows when using RTL:

LTR it's OK

2- Sidebar menu direction issues:

The collapse arrow points in the wrong direction. In RTL, it currently points left (<<) but should point right (>>) when collapsing the menu.

and find menu also arrow points in the wrong direction — in RTL it should points to the left (<=), not the right.

3- Search field alignment:
-The search bar has square edges instead of rounded ones.
-It’s centered instead of being aligned to the left side in RTL.
-Some form fields also have cut-off edges in RTL mode

I translated that strings in the project on app.transifex.com but these particular words are still displayed in English in GLPI maybe in all other languages

I saw those issues already, but I was not able to fix :(
I'll probably left a separate ticket open.
