Horizontal trigger line and level

When dragging the trigger level up and down, it would be useful to have a dotted line projected back across the waveform to be able to see where it intersects. It would also be useful to have the absolute level displayed on this line so you can see what level you're setting (other parameters, such as trigger type, might be nice too).
