elasticetcd: Glusterd2 restart in a two-node cluster fails #352

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start two glusterd2
  2. Add the second glusterd2 as peer
  3. Stop and start both glusterd2 instances

This is expected. If the whole etcd cluster goes down, we need manual intervention to get it back up.
The aim to try and automate it, and is a todo for elasticetcd right now. The recovery steps should be the same for a 2 node cluster or a larger cluster.
