PINPal would be a lot more useful if you could run it in the background as a proper daemon, and actually prompt the user via notifications and such.

This should be a multi-step process:

• switch scheduling to use Fritter #8

• adopt behavior of SometimesBackground from Pomodouroboros #24
• switch to being a package rather than a single-file module #3

• add a GUI list view to show the list of memorizations in progress #9
• hook up a 'rehearse' action that prompts the user to memorize via the mac UI #10
  • move promptUser function into an explicit separate UI object #11
  • switch prompting logic to be async to account for the user doing stuff while it's being done #12

• fix the GUI tests by installing the Sparkle framework in github actions #21
