Fandom-EPluribusHugo version 0.0.1 The Fandom::EPluribusHugo module implements the SDV-LPE (single divisible vote with least popular eliminated) algorithm for calculating Hugo finalists from a set of nominating ballots as described at L<http://sasquan.org/business-meeting/agenda/#epluribus>. It comes with an example script, calculate_hugo_finalists, that can be used to calculate a set of finalists given a file of nominees and a file of ballots.
