lsp-mode-8.0.1 is unreleased, flycheck points to a snapshot build and outshine requires a pre-production version.

Thanks for reporting the issue.

I have created tag v0.2.1 with a few changes needed for the fix with respect to previous release. I also integrated these changes on main for future releases.

Could you test if you can install it correctly and use it without issues?

On the other hand I would personally recommend that you use MELPA over MELPA Stable, at least for this package. See #10.
