There are several applications where it would be nice to know if JBrowse is done rendering images in tracks, presumably something that could be subscribed to. @cmdcolin suggests:

there is a finishCallback on fillBlock calls (which is the main abstract rendering function for all track types). might be sort of just a thing where youd have to code it to understand all blocks in current view are done rendering
