If data directory has spaces in it causes CORS errors on desktop #1285

Having a folder with spaces in it causes CORS errors in jbrowse desktop in win32, observed in 1.16.0

pain

So for example if you download it and it has some spaces in path then you get cors errors. Same thing if you download to a path without spaces but used the "Open data directory" to open a path with spaces

This was confirmed on linux also

Simple replace of %20 with literal space (e.g. de-url-encode) made it work, see 6bf7dec
