Following the build instructions at http://gnubee.org/build.html, and using the source code https://gogs.librecmc.org/dgazineu/GnuBee-libreCMC, I run into an error during the make download step, where it can't download the linux-libre kernel. It seems to be trying to download a .tar.xz kernel from the directory https://linux-libre.fsfla.org/pub/linux-libre/releases/4.4.87-gnu/, but the only one in that directory is of format .tar.lz.
make download
I fixed/kludged it by downloading the .lz kernel and turning it into .xz with lzip and xz manually. This is obviously not optimal.
