内部的には地表マテリアルの emissive 値を持たせてあるので、これを設定するUIなど追加すればよいと思う。

内部的には実数値で管理しているが、GUIでは「なし」「弱」「強」「数値指定」の4つから設定可能にしてみた。数値指定を選択している場合のみ数値入力用のUIも出る。

conf は以前から存在していたが値は 0 default だった。弱相当に 4.0.7.2 から default も変えておく。
