Music Keyboard activity for Sugar desktop

Displays a piano keyboard on the screen for playing music using different instruments. Notes can be played with touch screen or typing keyboard.

Branches

• use r8 branch for Fedora 18 based systems, with Csound 5,
• use r11 branch for systems with Csound 6 without Ctcsound API, such as Debian 10 (buster), Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial), and Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic),
• use master branch for systems with Csound 6 and Ctcsound API, such as Fedora, Debian 11 (bullseye) and Ubuntu 20.04 (focal),
