[FEATURE REQUEST] - Add RedirectToRoute and RedirectBack #1750

This PR creates two functions RedirectToRoute and RedirectBack.

RedirectToRoute - will redirect to location (along with parameters) based on route name
RedirectBack - will redirect back to the referer URL or the fallback defined
